A major Public Chamber forum for NGOs, the authorities and business will take place 26-27 September, in Stavropol.

Registration is now open .

On this occasion the forum will bring together representatives from the North Caucasian Federal District at the North Caucasian Federal University and the Lermontov Academic Drama Theatre in Stavropol.

The forum will open with a plenary session on: ˜The role of civil society in the elimination of regional inconsistencies”. The meeting will discuss key issues relating to the socio-economic development of the North Caucasian Federal District and the contribution the civil sector can make to their resolution. Further discussion on regional issues will also take place on the first day, in group sessions.

The second day will focus on training. The programme includes training seminars, as well as discussion on infrastructure development in NGOs, assuring access to social services, finance, improving management quality and the advancement of organisations.
