Corporate Social Responsibility rating
A corporate social responsibility rating (KSO) has
been assigned to nine companies by the advertising agency ‘Reputatsiya’. It has
assigned the rating on the basis of the following criteria; economic performance
and management structure, cooperation with consumers; industrial relations and
staff rights; cooperation with society; ecology and the safeguarding of the
environment.
KSO rating was assigned to OSAO ‘Ingosstrakh’-
AAA(s); the group of companies ‘Novard’- AAA(s); Joint Stock Company and
Aviation Concern ‘Transaero’- AAA(s); Joint Stock Company ‘Brewery ‘Baltika’’-
AA(s); Joint Stock Company ‘MTS’- AA(s); Joint Stock Company
‘Rostelekom’-AA(s); Joint Stock Company ‘RusHydro’- AA(s); Joint Stock Company
‘OTP Bank’- A(s); investment-construction company ‘TEKTAGROUP’ (Limited
Liability Company ‘TETKA’)- A(s).
The rating scores were assigned in accordance with the
following criteria:
AAA(s) – the highest level of corporate social
responsibility. A complex Corporate Social Responsibility policy had been
established. It has been adopted as an internal regulatory document, which
implements activity in all aspects of Social Responsibility. The organisation
guarantees a high level of information to the interested parties regarding the
Social Responsibility activities, regular control, and the stable positive
dynamic of indicators in all aspects of Corporate Social
Responsibility.
Continuous monitoring of external surroundings is in place,
AA(s) – a high level of Corporate Social Responsibility. The A(s) – an acceptable level of Corporate Social
