The
NGOs Development Fund has announced that the e-version of issue number 105 of
above leaflet has now been released. It contains information about national and
international grants competitions for both organisations and private
individuals.
A
competition on the theme of best practice in fundraising by NGOs has been
announced, submissions being required by 29 April. A set of these will be made
available to a summer school researching the third sector both in Russia and
