At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, MP Nilufar Alimjanova asked Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu to issue a protocol instruction to the Cabinet of Ministers to establish a charitable foundation under the Ministry of Health.
She cited Dobro, a charity platform in Russia, as an example.
“The Kyrgyz could also help those in need of surgery. Such a fund should be created under the Ministry of Health,” the MP has said.
