New course on Managing Social Projects 2013

The Social Projects Management Centre has
announced that recruitment for a new course, Managing Social Projects 2013
(October/December) has commenced

 

 

The
course will be based at The Advanced School of Economics, a national research
university.

 

 

The
course has been designed for staff of NGOs, governmental organisations, and
specialists at commercial companies involved in the implementation of social
programmes and all who are interested in receiving high quality training and
developing practical skills in the field. Studies begin on13 October. The
centre (formerly the Moscow School of NGO Management) was set up in 2005 with
the aim of helping NGOs to train and improve the qualifications of their staff.

 

 

The
centre’s activities are directed at the comprehensive strengthening and
development of the Russian non-commercial sector and also at encouraging
co-operation between sectors. Graduates work in senior posts in NGOs, in
departments responsible for social projects of major commercial companies and
government agencies.

 

 

Today
the centre is the only training organisation in Russia that specialises in the
field and provides workers engaged with social projects with the opportunity to
improve their qualifications in accordance with international standards.
