Russia to create a service for patients with chronic diseases.
The creation of a digital service for personalised screening recommendations is one of the department’s main tasks, said Vladimir Zelensky, First Deputy Minister of Health.

Collecting as much data about a patient as possible, organising it, and issuing a universal set of services based on this information are the main goals that the Ministry of Health has set for itself in 2023, said Vladimir Zelensky, First Deputy Minister.
The service will help doctors treat patients with chronic diseases, Zelensky stressed. In addition, the department plans to launch electronic prescription and appointment services at the federal level.
The Deputy Minister spoke about this at the international IT forum, “Russia – Africa: digital technologies as a driver of state development and international cooperation.”
