The Russian Government wants to involve civil society in work to prevent the spread of HIV.

A Ministry of Economic Development Working Group on the “Prevention of social diseases and promotion of health care” is seeking ideas from NGOs on how Government can best involve them and SONGOs in this initiative.

The Russian Government Council on Guardianship in the Social Sphere has assigned three Federal Ministries to prepare a special package of measures for NGOs.
