The Circle of Kindness Foundation to receive nearly 70 billion roubles for the treatment of children in 2023

This has been announced by Russia’s Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

According to Mishustin, this money will be used by the charity to continue to purchase medicines, as well as medical and technical rehab equipment for children.

Mishustin stated that in the last two years the Circle of Kindness has helped nearly 5,000 children with serious and rare diseases. The foundation was established in early 2021 to support children with severe, life-threatening and chronic illnesses and is funded through higher tax introduced from 1 January 2021 on the income of those earning more than five million roubles a year.
