Family Studies: New textbooks for secondary schools

Today, TASS will be hosting a press conference to present textbooks on Family Studies for students in grades 5-7 and 8-9.

These will be introduced by Nina Ostanina, Chair of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood; a member of the authors’ team, Nadezhda Kolesnikova, Editor-in-Chief of the Publishing House Prosveshchina, and Ksenia Mosunova, Director of the Support of Family, Motherhood and Childhood Centre “Heritage”, also a member of the authors’ team.

Extracurricular Family Studies courses began on 1 September last year.

The event will be available on the announcements’ page of the TASS official website, as well as in the TASS Press Centre on VKontakte.
