Russia: competition for disabled job-seekers
Applications open for competition for people with disabilities looking for work

The competition, ‘Path to a Career’, is an opportunity to land a job at Microsoft, EY, L’Oreal, Nestlé, KPMG, JTI, and many other companies.
On 9 November, the Regional Public Organisation for Disabled Persons (ROOI), “Perspektiva”, opened applications to young people with disabilities to enter the competition, which is supported by the Trafigura Foundation, Citi Foundation, Presidential Grants Foundation, and the company MTS.
The competition will be held for the 14th time in Moscow. With support from the Business Advisory Board on Disability, participants will have the opportunity to learn self-presentation and CV writing skills as part of an educational program run by partner companies.
In the final of the competition, participants will be able to present themselves to companies from Russia and across the world. The best will be offered internships and jobs at Microsoft, EY, L’Oreal, Nestlé, KPMG, JTI and other companies.
To take part, applicants must register and pass an online interview. Applications are open until 20 December 2020.
