Master class on complaints to Constitutional Court for NGO lawyers

During the Fifth St Petersburg International Legal Forum the Institute of Law and Public Politics will invite lawyers practising in the fields of human rights and on behalf of social NGOs to take part in a one-day master class on presenting complaints to the Constitutional Court (CC), on 29 May.
Participants will learn about the competences of the CC in the field of complaints, how best to present cases of complaints, what kind of complaints are permissible, ways of arguing cases – the legal basis etc. Members of the CC’s secretariat and appropriately experienced lawyers will lead the class. The organisers welcome participants with legal training and court experience. Participants will receive working materials by email in advance of the event, and a certificate of participation.
