The Absolute Help Foundation will allocate 50 million roubles for social research projects and to the implementation of the outcomes.
The aim of the contest is to support practical scientific research projects, whose results will be implemented in order to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young adults.
Those who take part in the competition can be State or civil society CSOs, resource and methodological centres as well as registered non-profit educational, scientific and research organisations.
The contest has two categories: Absolute Knowledge is for research on secondary data sources and has a grant limit of 500,000 roubles, while Absolute Solutions involves field work (primary data collection), with grants available of up to three million roubles.
Applications will be assessed against certain criteria such as theoretical and methodological feasibility, consideration of the interests of the parties involved, budget management, monitoring and evaluation of project implementation and impact of the research results.

The deadline for receipt of applications is 12.00 (Moscow time) on 21 July, with the results announced during August.
