The Ministry of Justice of the Russian
Federation has published their plan for scheduled audits of NGOs in 2013

The
ministry will be carrying out scheduled audits of NGOs annually in accordance
with Article  32, paragraph 5 of the NGOs
Federal Law No 7 of 12 January 1996. Their financial/economic activities and
the compatibility of their operations with their status as non-commercial
bodies will be assessed. The plan has been published on the ministry’s website.
