A project for opening up wider access to prevention and cure of HIV by developing related services for intravenous drug users in the Russian Federation is being implemented with the support of the Global Fund for Combating AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

A Grant Agreement between the All-Russia Network of Harm Reduction and the Global Fund was signed on 15 August. It provides for the sum of 3.1 mill euros for the first two year phase and 10.1 mill euros over the five year term
