Winners of an All-Russian competition for the creation of regional resource centres announced

Seventy-one organisations have been successful in a competition organised by the Association of Volunteer Centres for the creation of volunteer regional resource centres. Their main aim is to improve regional social and economic conditions and the quality of life of its people.
