Supporting vulnerable young people in Kyrgyzstan
BEARR’s Information Officer and some trustees were delighted to be able recently to meet representatives of OASIS, a civil society organisation in Kyrgyzstan which works with young care leavers and migrant workers and their families. OASIS has received grants from BEARR (their project reports from 2022 and 2023 are on our website). Its representatives were in the UK to meet with organisations helping migrant workers, of which many now come to the UK from Kyrgyzstan.
