The Ministry of
Justice has stated that government regulation No. 86 of 7 May 2013 “On the
documents to be used for submission to the Ministry of Justice and its regional
offices for the registration of NGOs” will enter force on 4 July.

Samples of the
forms to be used and instructions on filling them out are available on the
website of the Ministry of Justice in the section “normative documents” under “NGO
activity”.
