Conference on the Quality of Social Services, 15 March
This international conference will take place on 15 March online using Zoom

The conference is being held in honour of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
The programme is focussed on searching for new ways to manage the quality of social services. Practitioners and theorists will come together to discuss current issues facing services in the social sector.
The conference is organised by the Quality Centre WINDOW, Kazan State Energy University, the RIA Standards and Quality Journal, the Russian national monitoring system Roskachestvo, and the All-Russian Quality Organisation.
Leading Russian and foreign experts, representatives of educational communities, relevant Russian ministries and departments, and representatives of business, political parties, public organisations, and the media are all invited to participate. Student and postgraduate reports are not eligible. However, researchers and specialists are welcome to listen and participate in the discussion.
