Facilities for disabled students
Issues
concerning implementation of governmental priorities and contemporary standards
relating to the provision of an accessible educational environment have been
under discussion in an inter-university online conference.
The
participants were: I Terekhina, consultant at the department of child education
and socialisation in the ministry of
education and science of the Russian Federation; A Stanevsky, director of the
brain research and methodology centre at the N E Bauman Moscow State Technical
University; N Tyurina, deputy head of the social ratings department of RIA
Novosti; I Dunichkin, co-ordinator of scientific and educational activities
relating to a comprehensively accessible environment at the Moscow State
Construction University; and others.
It
was also planned to present successful experience in developing inclusive
education at higher education establishments in Moscow, Khabarovsk, Yakutsk,
Nizhni Novgorod and so on.
