The All Together association invites managers and employees of non-profits to the training. Applications are accepted on the association’s website. The number of places is limited.
In two months, professional and business coaches will help managers from non-profits improve their professional competence and develop their leadership skills and strategic thinking. Each student will be in contact with a sector professional to track their progress.
“In a time of general uncertainty, these are critical skills. And on this course, we have created all the necessary conditions for CSOs to develop them.” Says Alisa Malova, Executive Director of All Together. “Our strategic management schools are suitable for mid to senior- level managers who want to better understand crisis management. In addition, if a non-profit organisation has encountered problems and needs an anti-crisis plan, it will be possible to work out these difficulties during the course.”
All Together develops a culture of charity in Russia, uniting and supporting the professional community and representing its interests. The school is part of the Practicum educational project aimed at increasing the sustainability and effectiveness of CSOs.
