The Federation’s Public Chamber looking for experts in the field of inclusion

Experts are being invited to join a Commission on an Accessible Environment and the Development of Inclusive Practices.

The seventh session of the Public Chamber held on 28 January saw the creation of a Commission on an Accessible Environment and the Development of Inclusive Practices which will be chaired by Diana Gurtskaya, President of the Call of the Heart charity and acclaimed Russian artist.

“My colleagues and I are agreed on the need to build on the outstanding potential of civil society institutions, to take their views into account and support their valuable initiatives. Today, we are calling on CSOs involved in the inclusion field, in the creation of an accessible environment and the rehabilitation of people with disabilities to join us in our work”, said Gurtskaya.

The appeal is being made to form a pool of CSOs working in the aforementioned areas, as well as selecting experts to sit on the new Commission.
