The Joy in Old Age Foundation cares for the elderly and supports the development of long-term care in the country. Its work changes the perception of quality of life in old age, whether a person lives in a nursing home or at home.
The Foundation is helped by analysts to plan its work more effectively so that the system changes and people get the help they need. Analysts Anna Zakharova and Sergey Demin, as well as Director of the Foundation Elizaveta Oleskina, tell us what an analyst’s job is, who can become one and what skills you need to have.
